‘So... When are you going to have children?’ is a question often asked by colleagues, that I have come to dread. My options are to lie, evade the question or tell the truth…none of which I want to do at work.

Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse. I want to use my personal experiences to make employers aware of this issue so that they can look out for the signs, and can stop what happened to me from happening to others in the future.
