    With this approach, you can start small and buy more days if you need to.

  • Buy a day or two a quarter, at £1000 per day, and use it as a whole day or hourly, throughout the quarter.

    You’d need to commit to at least 1 day a quarter in advance, in order to secure your person, and with this approach, you can start smaller and buy more days if you need to.

  • For £9000 you’d get a day a month for the year.

    Or for £18,000 you could get 2 days a month for the year.

    You can use your days a whole day at a time - or use them hourly, throughout the month.

    You can always buy more days if you need to.

    With this package, additional days are charged at £1000 per day.

An online presence hiring audit

We’ll select a diverse team from our Collective, representing all protected characteristics - or made up of the group/s you’re particularly interested in appealing to and we’ll review: 

  • Your job spec/s

  • Careers page/s

  • LinkedIn presence

  • Wider social Media Presence

  • Your website including any EDI pages 

  • Your application process 

And each reviewer will provide for each area reviewed: 

  • What appealed to me

  • What didn’t appeal to me/ what was missing

  • Why I would/ would not apply for a role at this organisation 

  • What improvements I’d recommend 

As with all research, more reviewers means more reliable data and we would not recommend using any fewer than 2 reviewers for this work.

  • Reviewers will record themselves, via Teams, reviewing your material, commentating on what they are seeing and pointing out areas of concern.

    The output is a fairly informal, unedited video plus their written recommendations for improvements.  

    2 reviewers £3,500

    4 reviewers £7,000

  • We will recruit a panel of 5-10 reviewers and record them reviewing the material, providing an edited video of the research, for you to keep. 

    We’ll also consolidate the research into a written set of recommendations for improvements. 

    5 reviewers £10,000

policy review

We’ll get our team of policy experts, representing all protected characteristics - or made up of the group/s you’re particularly focussed on, and we’ll review: 

  • Your policy/ies pertaining to a specific area

  • Or all of your policies

And each reviewer will provide for each area reviewed: 

  • What was good

  • What was missing

  • What improvements they’d recommend

  • 1 reviewer to provide comments on 1 existing policy £600

    Each additional policy is +£400

  • 1 reviewer to draft a new policy either based on consolidating a number of existing policies into one, or creating it from scratch.

Coordinating Employee Resource Groups

We’ll get our team of Employee Resource Group (ERG) experts, representing all protected characteristics - or made up of the group/s you’re particularly focussed on, and we’ll: 

  • Engage with you to discover what you want/ need from your ERGs and what outcomes you are looking for 

  • Engage and recruit volunteers from within your organisation who’d like to join the ERG/s 

  • Kick off your ERG/s with a live session with our experts

  • Facilitate, help facilitate or run your ERG sessions monthly or quarterly 

  • Coordinate your ERGs towards achieving your desired outcomes

  • 1 ERG expert to set up, recruit for and kick off with a live session

    1 ERG £3000

    Depending on what ERGs you want (a single ERG or different ones for e.g. LGBTQIA+, Race, Women, Disability, Religion, Parents etc) we can use a single expert with multiple lived experiences to set up more than one group. 

    We wouldn’t place an ERG expert to set up any group where they didn’t have lived experience in that particular protected characteristic, for example we wouldn’t place a non disabled person to set up a group about disability. 

    Each additional ERG for the same expert is £2000

    Each additional ERG expert is £3000

  • 1 ERG expert to set up, recruit for and kick off with a live session and run/ facilitate virtual quarterly meetings for

    1 ERG £5000

    Depending on what ERGs you want (a single ERG or different ones for e.g. LGBTQIA+, Race, Women, Disability, Religion, Parents etc) we can use a single expert with multiple lived experiences to run more than one group. 

    We wouldn’t place an ERG expert to run any group where they didn’t have lived experience in that particular protected characteristic, for example we wouldn’t place a non disabled person to run a group about disability.

    In person quarterly meetings POA as it depends on your location

  • 1 ERG expert to set up, recruit for and kick off with a live session run/ facilitate monthly meetings virtually for 1 ERG and work with them to achieve your outcomes: £7000
