Can you help shape what we do?

I’m Cat Wildman, founder of Powered By Diversity and I have set myself the challenge to have 100 conversations with brilliant (busy) people who have Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) as part of their remit, to help me understand your main challenges, so that I can live up to my mission of Making EDI Accessible to Every organisation - and every budget.

I’m curious to hear your personal stories, invaluable insights, and honest frustrations about managing EDI at your organisation. No sales from me, I just want your unique perspective. All of the products and services we offer today were born directly from listening to our customers and working out how to effectively solve their problems, make their lives easier and weave EDI into today’s fast-paced budget-tight business agenda.

​I have many questions I’d love to explore with you, however to respect your time, I will focus on these areas:

  • How has EDI gone at your organisation so far?

  • What are your success metrics?

  • How do you typically engage employees around EDI?

  • Is there anything you wish you knew about EDI?

  • What’s the most frustrating thing about managing EDI?

  • Where do you (personally) generally get support with your EDI work?
